Last weekend John, Lynsie, and I headed to
Summerfest in Stayton. It was gonna be a hot day, so we headed over around 10 a.m. to walk around. It wasn't much different from last year, although it seemed the car show grew a bit. We had a good time, Lynsie scored a balloon, and we'll see if I win anything in the Rotary Ducky Derby Race... probably not, I'm not THAT lucky. Ha! Anyway, it was a good time and a way to get out of the house.
Later in the evening we enjoyed the annual Summerfest BBQ at City Administrator Don Eubank's house. It was a good time and I now look forward to the YUMMY food that is there every year!
